2. Registration & Membership

• Registration can be completed online or through authorized Gaatha agents.

• Members can choose from Standard, Silver, or Gold membership plans, each with different validity, contact view limits, and fees as shown in the membership plan section.

• Profile activation happens only after verification (by agent or online verification team).

• Membership remains valid for the duration of the selected plan as mentioned on your confirmation receipt.

3. Role of Agents

• Agents act only as verification and registration facilitators.

• Gaatha is not responsible for false information provided by an agent or applicant.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Gaatha, you agree:

• To provide accurate personal and family details.

• To use the platform only for genuine marriage purposes.

• Not to post obscene, misleading, or offensive content.

• Not to use member data for marketing or harassment.

• To report any fake or abusive profiles immediately.

5. Verification & Approval

• Gaatha reserves the right to verify or reject profiles that are incomplete or false.

• Verification may include phone calls, house visits, or document checks.

• Approved profiles receive a “Verified” tag.

6. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable once verification is initiated.

• Online payments are processed securely via approved gateways.

7. Communication Between Members

• Members may contact each other only through the platform’s contact features.

• Sharing contact details is at your own discretion.

• Gaatha is not liable for personal outcomes of such communication (including marriage decisions).

8. Profile Deactivation / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any profile that:

• Provides false or misleading information.

• Violates terms or behaves abusively.

• Misuses platform data for commercial or harmful purposes.

Members can deactivate their profiles anytime via the dashboard or by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gaatha SC Matrimony acts only as a platform provider for introducing potential matches. We do not:

• Guarantee marriage or match outcomes.

• Verify every user beyond the verification level chosen.

• Take responsibility for member conduct beyond the website.

Our liability is limited to the amount of membership fee paid.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logo, and materials on the website are property of Gaatha SC Matrimony and cannot be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
