Report Misuse
1. User Responsibility
Members must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
Members must not use other members’ information for harassment, marketing, or personal gain.
Sharing contact details outside the platform is at your own discretion; Gaatha is not responsible for misuse outside official channels.
2. Prohibited Actions
Members and agents must not:
Create fake profiles or impersonate someone else.
Post false, misleading, or offensive content.
Use profiles to solicit money, gifts, or services.
Share members’ personal details without consent.
Violate local laws or social ethics in interactions.
3. Gaatha’s Monitoring & Enforcement
Gaatha may monitor activity to detect misuse, spam, or fraudulent behavior.
Reports of misuse are investigated promptly.
Accounts violating these rules may be:
Suspended temporarily
Permanently deleted
Reported to local authorities if illegal activity is detected
4. Limitation of Liability
Gaatha acts only as a platform for matchmaking.
We cannot guarantee outcomes of communications or marriages.
We are not responsible for harm or loss resulting from misuse of information by any member or third party.
5. Reporting Misuse
Members should report any suspicious activity via gaathascmatrimony@gmail.com or WhatsApp hotline.
Include details: profile ID, screenshots, and description of the misuse.
