1. Who can register on Gaatha SC Matrimony?

Only individuals 18 years or older and belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) community can register on Gaatha SC Matrimony. You can also create a profile on behalf of a familymember, provided all information shared is accurate and verifiable.

2. How can I register my profile?

You can register online through our official website or offline through an authorized Gaath aagent. The registration process requires filling in your personal, educational, and family details, along with a recent photograph and valid contact information.

3. What is the registration fee and what does it include?

Gatha SC Matrimony offers Standard, Silver, and Gold Membership plans. Each plan has a different fee, validity period, and contact view limit, as shown in the membership plan section.

4. How long does it take for my profile to get verified and activated?

After completing your registration and payment, profile verification usually takes 2–5  working days. Offline registrations through agents may take
slightly longer due to field verification. Once approved, your profile will be activated and visible to other members.

5. How does Gaatha verify member profiles?

Profiles are verified either digitally or through authorized field agents who confirm the applicant’s address, identity, and family background. Verified profiles display a “Verified by Agent” badge to ensure authenticity and trust.

6. How is my personal information protected?

Gaatha SC Matrimony follows strict data security protocols, including encrypted data storage, secure payment gateways, and restricted staff/agent access. Personal details like contact numbers and addresses are never publicly displayed or sold to third parties.

7. Can I edit or delete my profile later?

Yes. You can log in anytime to edit, deactivate, or delete your profile. If you wish to permanently remove your data, you can email support@gaathascmatrimony.com requesting deletion, and our team will process it as per the data protection policy.

8. What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Once a profile is verified and activated, the  registration fee is non-refundable. However, if a duplicate payment or technical issue occurs, members can raise a request via gaathascmatrimony@gmail.com, and refunds will be processed after verification.

9. What should I do if I forget my login password?

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email ID to receive an OTP or reset link, then create a new password to regain access to your profile.
